Eligible Vero customers with a Farm & Lifestyle Block policy can access this service at no additional cost.

How does it work?

Request the service and an appointment will be booked for you with a fitness expert.

  • 1 Book your consultation

    Book a video consultation with a fitness expert.

  • 2 Talk to a fitness expert

    You’ll be connected via video call to your fitness expert who will work with you to establish your specific objectives.

  • 3 Discussion summary

    You’ll receive an outline of next steps giving you a clear plan of action.

Talk to a fitness expert to help improve your fitness or injury recovery.
