Quick answers to medical questions from a local GP.

Simply type your question, attach any supporting documents and click submit. Your question will be assigned to a GP who will send you a detailed response, including relevant links or documents.

Ask a GP supports your treating doctor. It does not aim to replace them. If you require prescriptions or referrals, you will need to visit your treating doctor.

The clinician may also help you to identify if any of the other Vero Connected Care services can help you to manage your medical condition.

Who can use this service?

Eligible Vero customers with a Farm & Lifestyle Block policy can access this service at no additional cost.

How does it work?

Once you've completed the form, you'll be connected with a GP.

    A GP will provide a detailed written response to your question/s usually within 1 business day. This is general medical advice only.

    If appropriate, the GP may recommend you to other Vero Connected Care services.
